Delivery on all our boxes to any Courier’s office is free of charge. Please allow extra days for local holidays, weekends, and sale time. Mamma Box reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance.
You can return any unpacked and new box within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition). You can return your order in case of defective box, if the box you received is not the box you ordered. Claims for damaged during transportation box will be considered only on the basis of complaint protocol prepared in the presence of the courier. We do NOT accept returns on individual items.
If your box does not arrive, please notify us at hello@mammabox.eu within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. If you do not do so in that time, you will not be eligible for receive a new box. If an item in your box is missing or damaged please contact us.
If you do have a complaint please email us to info@mammabox.eu. Mamma Box welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. All prices shown are cash prices in Levs (BGN). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account.
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to reject orders and the User will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
